I don't believe that Marriott offers free shuttle service. Mears will shuttle you back & forth for a fee. They also provide airport shuttles. You can take Mears, or even a cab to the closet Disney location, and then use Disney's transportation from there.

I wound up booking through RCI @ Bonnet Creek. It's located on Lake Buena Vista, and was the closet resort to Disney that I could find. Also, they offer free shuttle service to the Disney parks.....It's certainly not like Disney transportation, but is better than nothing. Cabs, or Mears in combination with Bonnet Creek's shuttle service is most likely what will work best.

Unrelated, but related, shuttles are no better than how they operate in reality.

At the start of our recent FL trip, we spent the first night at the Hampton Inn and Suites on my Hilton perks, because I knew their shuttle could pick us up at the airport a mile away and take me back the next day to get our rental car.

Their shuttle sat right outside the front door both times, no driver on duty.

The cab drivers were not happy about getting such a short fare, but I tipped them twice the fare, and learned the short route to and from the airport. Now we don't have to wait for one of those forever traffic signals any more.

I'm surprised that Vistana is that close. It doesn't seem like it.

Best choice IMO if you don't have a car.
        They're gonna love this resort.

I didn't use the shuttles but know that they seemed to have convenient times.

Good to hear that you think it was a good choice.

Bonnet Creek is a beautiful resort and it's on the right side (west of) I-4, an easy ride/drive to the parks.

Well, certainly, Bonnet Creek would be the closest timeshare (it could not be any closer and has been the subject of a few on Disney or not on Disney debates), but the II in the OP kept me from saying that. Others, too, I guess.

Yeah, I had really preferred to use II, because I have a few weeks that are expiring this year. Oh well.

I changed my mind when I realized how close Bonnet Creek was, and that they offer a free shuttle. Since the girls cannot drive, this will help them out a bit.
