Clock is ticking for dilapidated Coral Reef Hotel in St. Pete Beach - St. Petersburg Times
Very interesting article.. For one, it makes you sick to think about how our banking system would keep financing a condemned building... Two, it contains some pretty interesting tidbits about the adjacent Coral Reef Beach Resort.
While it may be good news to think that the condemned bldg may finally be demolished, the article makes it sound like the electrical issue may be a big expense.. Also, what will the lot next door look like when they are done with the demolition?
Hopefully, a major developer will buy the land and create something worthwhile.. How about a nice Marriott, or perhaps a Hyatt.. Wyndham could use a resort in St Pete!
