Golf is only $25 at the good courses right now, but very few are playing.

Because there are bay/Gulf access waterways in this subdivision, there is a wide range of values, probably up to $500K, maybe more. There are not many houses for sale.
There is a similar one several blocks away (and, thus, unhandy to the dock/ramp/water access) that has been cleaned up pretty nice and is on MLS for $69,900.
So, the Oyster Creek one is ripe for a $40K bid. (less than $400 payment including taxes and insurance).
Hey, you could have a property manager handle it as a rental, annual or seasonal, and not go wrong. If seasonal/monthly/weekly, you could still use it yourself.
