Space Coast, FL Area Questions

We are currently at the Resort on Cocoa Beach and have been looking at the real estate in this area (Cape Canaveral - Indian Harbour Beach, FL) and find todays pricing quite interesting.

Does anyone know anything about this area? We are considering buying a beach condo and would like to learn more about the space coast, etc. to see if it is an option for us.

Ormond by the Sea

We recently purchased a condo north of Ormond Beach. The area is further north (12 miles South of Flagler Beach), but the prices are good.
