Are the maintenance Fees at this resort stable?

We have owned a 2 bedroom floating week - floats weeks 1-22 and 34-52, for several years. The maintenance fees have been pretty constant for the last few years - I think they were $625 +/- for this year. I haven't checked the TPUs with RCI. We usually use it in the late spring. You can deposited with RCI, II and VRI*ety, which gives you a lot of flexibility. We are there right now and an I am looking out at the Gulf right now. It has been a good weather week so far.
