Can I expect Bluegreen to foreclose on my timeshare if mortgage is paid in full but maintenance is 2 years past due? If they will foreclose, how long before they take such action? Any info would be appreciated.

They may not, just look at all the charges going against you.

I think foreclosure is not so likely in the unpaid maint realm since there would be more gain in foreclosing on unpaid mortgages to resell packages.
Unpaid maint is more likely to just accumulate to ruin your credit. You won't be able to sell, you can't use your points, that makes your account not so worthy of chase. It'll simply come back to haunt you one day when you try to make a major financing arrangement and the dormant beast awakens.
Personally, I think it would be worth your while to talk to them, see if some arrangements can be made. Could extend time before they send you to collections.Comment
