  • Orlando in June

I just look at Orlando in June through RCI and what they want for a week sure does vary a lot . . . by resort, not date.

Most (but not quite all) of the Name Brand places have a thumb on the scales. There are several gems that are not Name Brands that are just as nice, but not on the average person's radar.

This is also a place where the mini-systems (which average across an entire area) can sometimes give you leverage.

We just booked Orange Lake West Village for only 9 tpu's for the first week of June. 2 br unit sleeps 8. I know alot about resorts in that area. If you need any advice let me know

I got a 2 bedroom Bonnet Creek unit for 13 TPU's for June 22nd that I confirmed last October.
I guess shopping early sometimes has it's advantages now in RCI.

Sounds like some may be valued correctly for supply/demand.

As said before, we got 3-bedrooms at OLCC several times, even up, early and middle out.

It could be a comment on the rental value of overbuilt areas, so RCI is settling for a measley exchange fee, like their predecessor company, RCI.

Actually, the OP still applies. It varies a lot. Two resorts, HGVC and OLCC in the 20s and 30s, and all the rest are quite low.

Most other areas don't reduce values this far out.

But, we certainly have seen a lot of adjustments since forced faux points first rolled out,
