    Mav,

Like Dave's my unit was renovated. Was a corner unit and quite large for a studio. Galley type kitchen. I would definitely take a unit there again.

        Thats what i figured.
I am going to put in two ongoing requests for the hyatt at bonita beach and the key west resort.
Since i am retired now i don't really care what days i get as i am more flexible.

II will definitely get half of my CMV deposits next year. I am soooooo loving II these days. If it wasn't for Disney and my dumpy beach places i might have just ditched RCI. Lol

Thanks Angela for getting me to start searching II with all her yummy sightings You rock girl big time!!

That year we had something on Ft. Myers Beach or Bonita Beach, then the Galleon, then a 3-bedroom at OLCC. That was a four or five Shell's vacation.

Nice, but the desire to return has never returned.

So is the vacation that started it all?

My point is that timeshares were good for you apparently for quite a long ride.
just like they are good for many of us now along for a different ride.

Kind of like my job for the past 30 years.
It was great when i was young but now that I am almost 50 it isn't anymore.
That doesn't mean that I go bashing nursing as a career all over the Internet cause its not for me anymore.
Somebodys gotta take care of me in my old age.

That you are old and no longer need a timeshare.
give the darn things away to a youngin and enjoy your old fart stage.
Its okay to get old and retire even from timeshares.

Yep, I did mean Hyatt Beach House. Sorry, I remembered it was one of the chains.

If it was a Marriott I would probably see it but hyatt must be above my trade power.

That I cannot see it with my mugwump Wisconsin ownership.
I am grateful for what I can see though and will enjoy it while it lasts.
When its over I will buy a house next door to you and retire to SW Florida.
