Hess Gas Stations - Convenience Store - Car Wash


Gas, Hot Dogs 2 for $2.50 and a $10 Car Wash all at one place!

Hess convenience stores are located within these stations can be a great place to pick up limited groceries, snacks, bottled water and soda at good prices.

There are three Hess gas stations located on Walt Disney World Resort property, one at the Car Care Center near the exit of the Magic Kingdom parking lot, another in the Disney's Hollywood Studios area near the entrance of the Boardwalk Inn and another on Buena Vista Drive across from Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney.

We usually take our Mustang to get it washed at the Hess Station
after a long 900 mile drive to Walt Disney World - Orlando, Florida.

There was a guy their making
cute little balloon animals
(No charge, Tips Accepted)

Cold Stone Creamery - Hunters Creek - Orlando Florida


We went to Cold Stone Creamery
twice during our Florida Vacation.

It is located in Village Plaza shopping center off John Young Parkway halfway between Marriott Lakeshore Central Florida Parkway and The Loop Shopping Center Osceola Parkway.
(Note: OP is a Sunpass Toll Road with EZ access to Disney)

On our first visit we had a really nice young lady who helped us to decide on what to order.

My choice

Chocolate Lava Meltdown™
Warm Moist Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Ice Cream,
Whipped Topping, Fudge and Shaved Chocolate.

Bill choose

Pineapple Orange Banana
Sorbet in a hard waffle cup

On our Second Visit

There were two ladies working. However, they did not provide the excellent customer service that our first girl provided earlier in the week.

Once again I select the
Chocolate Lava Meltdown™

This time Bill choose
No Fair Funnel Cake™
Warm Funnel Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Whipped Topping,
Strawberries, Strawberry Puree and Powdered Sugar.
He did not care for the funnel cake as it must have
been frozen and microwaved and was just too chewy.

From behind a frozen granite slab, the staff of Cold Stone Creamery uses twin spatulas to blend custom servings of ice cream or sorbet plus creative mix-ins to fit the customers exact specifications.

There are small round tables inside & outside to sit at
for you to enjoy your speciality ice cream desserts.

with hot melted cheese and fixings bar for about $11.00.

Fuddruckers has been a big disappointment to us. There is (or very soon will be) a Red Robin opening. MUCH better food & value I'm a truly premium burger.

Red Robin, a national chain know for their Gourmet Hamburgers,
recently opened their first restaurant (in Winter Garden Village)
in the Disney area last year.

A second Red Robin location is due to open on
International Drive with the I-Drive expansion.

The area around International Drive &
Central Florida Parkway has changed.
