What's with Ocean Palms at Sea Gardens

Looking into stays at Pompano Beach and see Sea Gardens has some availability and some units are referred to as Ocean Palms. I realize some units are across the street from the building on the ocean front, but I see no explanation about Ocean Palms.
Are some buildings better than others? Are there any choice of where we would get placed if booking there through Wyndham?
Anyone have dos or don'ts about Sea Gardens?

Ocean palms faces the intracoastal waterway and has a street in between it and the way.
Its about a long block trek to the beachfront building.
I have booked into the oceanfront building before.
I believe they are studio plus in wyndhan but I would call in to make sure.
the oceanview studios are nice and updated. Very large.
Small balcony you cannot sit on. No room for chairs.
there is a pool on both sides of the street.
If view is important then you will be stuck with a studio in this complex
If you need a bigger unit and want oceanview book royal vista instead.

Sea Gardens consists of 5 buildings in total. Ocean Palms is the highrise furthest from beachfront.

I stayed in a huge renovated one bedroom with a view of intracoastal last summer. Updated and beautiful. Parking is inside the building.

It is a long block to the beach... but I would stay at Sea Gardens and that building again. Not my first choice but completely satisfactory.

It is a long block to the beach...

I stayed in a 2 bedroom two years ago and it was also huge and beautifully updated. This building is the only one with gated parking and also has its own pool.

There are 3 building on the beachside all are named Oceanview X
