  • Review of Marriott Grande Vista in Orlando Sept. 2013

This place just gets better and better.
They gave us a unit in the Alhambra building facing the lake.
Corner unit 3 bedroom on the top floor.
    Can't ask for more.
It was a dedicated 3 bedroom. Last time I had a lock off.
I think I like the dedicated 3 bedroom better.

Seems like it's been updated since I last visited.
They even came to give us brand new pillows one day out of the blue.
It was time because the old pillows were terrible.
Got this unit on an Interval International exchange.

Our unit was a 3 bedroom with the master having a king and soaker jacuzzi tub.
The other two rooms had two full size beds and a regular bathroom.
We had a washer and dryer in the unit.
    The kitchen was nicely updated.
    The staff very friendly.
    The pools very nice.
    Free wifi but it's spotty.

    The grounds amazingly beautiful.
The magnolia tree lined street incredible.
Not much not to like about Grande Vista.
It wasn't as crowded at this time of the year so that helps with the enjoyment.

This resort has a great location on the newer end of I-Drive near Sea World.
Also nearby are the Oasis Lakes, Sheraton Villages, WorldMark Kingstown Reef,
HGVC Sea World & HGVC I-Drive.

    I'll be going back when I need a 3 bedroom for a non-Disney trip.
    Great resort.

This is the first Marriott that I stayed in, in Orlando, many years ago. I agree, not much not to like. I would stay there again in a heart beat.......Also great for golfers, with 3 championship golf courses....driving range, putting greens, rentals, lessons, etc.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.
