Easter in Orlando area

Humm.....I just realized that I booked an Orlando trip at Marriott Grand Vista and we will be there for Easter. Not sure if this will go over well with my DD since she won't be home for the rabbit!

Any suggestions on a restaurant or something special to do on Easter with a child?
