We need a place to stay in Treasure Island, FL for a wedding January 24, 2015. Any recommendations? Since that is prime time know we will probably have to rent.

I have friends that stay at Shore Line Island in Madera Beach (sp) every year and really like it. I've been in 4 different units there and they are fine. It is Adult Only, but great location and fairly close to Treasure Island. They are in process of building a new building but plan is for it to be ready by Winter 2015. Do a search and find their website.

If you have any other questions about area, I'll try to help.

I am still seeing stuff there. Not much, but some. Now that I look, what is there is for Week 1. The 24th is pretty firmly into Snowbird Season.

You will let us know right, and we can all go eat at Shells?

A kitchen but no cookware? Seems odd.

I think it odd too and just emailed DAE about it, other units do have cookware, but each is privately owned. either someone walked off will all the bowls, including cereal owls, and all the cookware, or it was never here. even the broiler pan is missing. granite countertops and even a hand mixer (I guess you mix it in the sink) but how you cook it I don't know!. lovely unit and nice view, nice location.
