Anyone stay at Ocean Landings in Cocoa Beach?

I'm looking at a 2 bedroom on II, under Caribbean and Dream Buildings at Ocean Landings. Has anyone here stayed there recently? Do you actually get the unit it shows on your confirmation? I may book it but buy E-trade, just in case I change my mind...
I've looked at their website and II's information and some information about # and types of beds is different. Also, tripadvisor reviews aren't very good, but it IS OF!
Any info? Advice?
