  • Vacation Village at Parkway

Does anyone know if buildings are assigned by check in days? (I have 2 different check in days, but would like to get in same building or at least close.)

Does anyone have a current map of resort?

Are there any buildings that aren't desirable?

Are there any buildings that have been recently upgraded?

(I've asked OY, but haven't gotten much response, so hope someone here can help.)

    Thanks,

    Nancy

VV Parkway is mostly an RCI points resort so I would imagine that they would not have too much of a problem with building requests.
Although I've owned there for 10 years, I have never stayed there so can't help you with the buildings and upgrades.
I will say that I stayed at VV Bonaventure last month and it was quite nicely updated.
I imagine VV Parkway being one of their flagship timeshare tour churns, that it's probably nice too.
I know they are still building buildings. I think they bought the Arabian Knights next door.

RonParise stays there a lot with his dog.
Maybe you can PM him and ask about the rooms if he doesn't come along soon.

Here is a map of the resort layout.

Thanks Chris. We have stayed there, but had a 2 bedroom (two one bedrooms lock-off). This was a last minute decision and had to take what I could get.

Nancy I believe all the units are 2 bedroom lock offs into two 1 bedroom units with a full kitchen on one side and a mini kitchen on the other.
That's one of the advantages of VV that you can split and deposit them if you are in TPUs and they generate a lot of TPU's if you own the right weeks, crazy TPU's in fact.
