We are listing our house, and the recovery has already happened. It will be only one listed for under $200K.

The repeat cannot be stopped. The only thing that could stop it is for the area to become undesirable to the rest of the world.

Yes, we were in Dunedin in December and drove to Costco in Clearwater. Yes, so much traffic. Over here in St Augustine, even though there seems to be more traffic than in previous years, it is still not that dedicated FAST THICKENED traffic … we’ll stick to here!
Except the weather is not as good here on the northern East Coast as there,9 although when we arrived December 18th, it was in the 40’s! (We were at the Beso del Sol Resort and we will not return there , just sayin’.)

Ft. Myers to Sarasota has been battered this week. Three tornados prior to last night, then four more at 4:00 AM this morning.

Plus lotsa rain, hail and straightline winds.

OK We've had enough!!! We were staying on Sanibel last week and dodged 2 tornados. Yesterday we returned to our Siesta Key condo. Last night we dodged another tornado. Tired of this.....luckily, the Siesta Key tornado did not damage the southern part of Siesta where we live. Also, none of the timeshares on Siesta had too much damage.
