We also enjoyed Bonnet Creek and HGVC SeaWorld. JLB, we did not like OLCC or Wastegate. Our unit at OLCC was probably the oldest and farthest unit from the pool. We felt like we were in the boonies. The Westgate unit was very tired and the "vultures" hovered every time you stepped out the door.

Out of almost 100 exchanges, The Houses of Summer Bay are our absolute favourites!

Judy sure is taking her time on those other two posts, so she can see Ex Ops, aka Sightings.

I have lots of favorites depending on what I am doing in Orlando.

If doing conferences or business I stay in Marriott Grande Vista or Bonnet Creek mostly.

If doing the Epcot area I do Bonnet Creek, Parc Soleil or Saratoga Springs.

If doing Magic Kingdom then Animal Kingdom or Wilderness Lodge.

If just trying to do a cheap getaway there are lots of great options:
BG the Fountains, Vistana, Grande Vista, Tuscany at I-drive,
Saratoga Springs, Old Key West or Cypress Palms.

Even some of the Westgates are OK if you get them cheap enough.
And you can bring the pooch.

That's not what I thought they meant when they say Wastegate was going to the dogs.

Where do you live cause the USA DAE isn't so great, at least not for exchanges.
What do you own? And have they rented your unit yet?

We had a few of the two bedroom units at Silver Lake for an entire family vacation. I really liked the resort. Rooms were large and the main pool had live entertainment and a bar. Animal Kingdom and the Disney Highway is right behind the resort so it was pretty easy to get to all the Disney attractions. The beds were so comfortable.
