Trading into Orlando

Exchanging into Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Sea World in Orlando in August 2007 with a Berkshire resort is going to be a hard trade. I would suggest you give RCI a least six options of Gold Crown Resorts to exchange into beside HGVC at Sea World. Example both Cypress Pointe Resort & CY Pointe Grandvillas, Fairfield at Cypress Palms, Sheraton's Vistana Resort & Sheraton's Vistana Villages, Silver Lake Resort, Summer Bay Resort, Orange Lake Country Club and Vacation Village at Parkway.

Not necessarily that hard to get HGVC in Orlando if they follow past history and dump 6 to 12 months into RCI's inventory all at once AND you catch that Bulk very early on almost anything can get in there.

Ryne is correct otherwise and as I've stressed in previous posts there are several real nice resorts in Orlando that would not be a bad trade for what you are looking to exchange with.

I really would like to know if the seller already has spacebanked that week. If so what week it was and when it was banked. Otherwise it might prove to be pretty useless outside of 45 days trades.
