synopsis of my email to them:

It has come to our attention that OLCC is undergoing major updates to the West Village Units. Pictures of the Model for this update have been posted on the internet, (albeit not to my knowledge on the OLCC website )

My questions are as follows:

How many units will be involved in this update to the model standards?

How many units have been completed so far?

What is the timeline for all the units being "on par" with the "model unit"?

Thank you for contacting Orange Lake Resort & Country Club. We appreciate this opportunity to review and address your inquiry. Yes, you are correct. The West Village Condo 1 units will be undergoing renovations starting Sept. 1, 2006. This project is expected to take several years to complete.

We do have a model unit, 2109, that we have been showing to owners. This model unit features a granite countertop in the kitchen, all new appliances, enclosed washer/dryer area, new ceramic floor in kitchen and dining areas, the railing was removed and a 1/2 wall put in place with lights to highlight the step down, a Jacuzzi tub was placed in the master bath and the master closet now has doors. As well as updating the furnishings and light fixtures.

Of course, there were no NUMBERS mentioned in the email, but it may be sometime before exchangers might even "see" the inside of such renovated units.......
