Any idea which area in OL? That might bring the price up if it is in a newer area,
IMO I feel a March week at OL Approximately should be two to four thousand in the older areas. Give or take a grand.
Newer areas should bring in more but not that much more. Maybe $2 to $3K on top of what I posted.
Never ask for what you will accept- ask for more as most resale buyers will try to get the price down. i.e ask 5 k for something worth 4k or if you really want to sell it quick ask for 4k-firm.
You need to login to eBay though. In case they change the link in any of the system, you can always go to these site and search for "Orange Lake Country Club". For eBay, you then need to click on completed list and search again.
You can do a guess on what the relation between the asking price and sold price based on these data.

Both the variation in asking prices for what appear to be broadly similar units i.e. same week, same size and the actual selling prices as shown on Ebay make interesting reading. I suspect a few are going to have severe reality checks once they realise that there is no corelation between what a unit cost and what it will sell for.

Strange that you should mention that figure. In our last OL tour, which will be our last OL tour, that was the price quoted for a resale as we were heading to gifting.
Thanks everyone
Unfortunately it is worth what I had thought.....and she still owes $7000 on the purchase.
So she is stuck with it for now
