Do you mean HGVC Seaworld, or HGVC International Drive? Both are near Seaworld. International Drive is the new location. If HGVC Seaworld has a new building I am not aware, but then, I don't keep up on my home resort that well.

I have stayed at the new International Drive location. It is lovely. Units are a tad bit smaller than the Seaworld location, but the pool is warmer, and the decor is pretty cool. Well warm, actually. It is Tuscan, dark woods, warm colors. Love that.

The Original Hilton Grand Vacation Club - HGVC - Sea World

The orignial HGVC just put in a brand new building
The bldg is located just off Central Florida Parkway
Some of the units should have a great view of the
SeaWorld Fireworks and SeaWorld Tower (and I-4)
