  • Gone for a few days

Off to Florida for a few days with daughter number 3 and grand daughter number 2. It should be fun, we are spending 5 days at Orange Lake and 2 days at Resort at Cocoa Beach. Wife was going along, but daughter number 3 hurt her leg on our weekend visit to Lake of the Ozarks and needs help getting to and from classes at Southeast Missouri State. It is hard to drive in a walking boot on the right foot. Could someone turn down the temperature a little, it is going to be in the middle to high 80's.

It's brave of you to make the sacrifice, to go to Florida. It's such a long trip.

Oh, no, not the dreaded OL!
Life is short, live it with this awareness.

I can answer that one for him. It's so much easier to remember than real names.

I always laughed at my MIL for calling her five sons the wrong names. Now that I have four kids of my own, it's not at all unusual for me to address one of them by the wrong name. They complain bitterly about it.
