My cousin is checking out of HGVC on Int'l Drive today. The first room they were put in smelled strongly of something they later figured out was bug spray. It was infested with ants by the evening. They were told there were no other rooms to move to, but on Tuesday when they were well ant-bitten and said they were leaving, a room in a different building magically appeared. Several couples around the pool also complained about the rigid 'we have no other rooms' attitude at the front desk.
Other than that (and that's big imo), rooms are beautifully decorated, pools nice, etc..
