OLCC RCI exchanges, RI vs WV

I notice that when checking for exchanges on RCI both River Island and West Village show up separately for OLCC. If you do an exchange into the RI ones listes do you now actually get RI or do they still put you wherever they want?
Since they show up as separate listings it seems they should put you in the place you exchange in to but I know that is not necessarily true. Does anyone have any experiencewith this?
