Great photo show!! Even tho I've been to Disney over 30 times I can't wait to go back. So much I haven't seen. I watched all your Disney pics and I was really impressed how much your daughter loves her little brother!! If I may ask how much it cost to have your son's face painted like the tiger? I also noticed your mom & dad were there. YOu must have had a wonderful 3 generation trip!! I want to try the photo show that you use sometime.

I really enjoyed seeing houses of summer bay. Kelli & I are going in OCt this year so you know how much I loved seeing the Pics. Thanks, Shaggy

Thanks, Shaggy! The photo show is very easy to use and great for emailing pictures. I use it for about 2 years. Try it, I am sure you will like it.

Re: my kids, they can be best friends, but we also have our days... They are both very bright, but have those "huge" personalities, LOL... My daughter is almost 13 now and there are days (like today) that I am ready to strangle her. During our last trip to Orlando (in October 2006) she was upset for not having a friend to go on the rides with. She loves roller coasters and has always been a dare-devil, while the rest of her family is chicken. She tricked her brother to a Tower of Terror and he promised her not to ever, ever trust her again. I rode Expedition Everest with her, and was very proud of myself for conquering my fears. I promised my daughter to let her take a friend next time (which is this coming October), maybe she will be happier…
Shaggy, what week of October are you going? And how old is Kelli?

        One more question

I almost hate to ask this question. Are there grills at the Houses? If so where and what type.

        Thanks

        Nancy

          Grills

Regular Black Bar-B-Q Grills are placed behind some of the pool houses along the lake side.

I will be at the Houses sometime in the 8/11/07 - 8/18/07 span, however without the itsy-beenie-teenie weenie yellow thingie.

If you're in the area, come over for a Mojito, ice tea, beer or Margarita. Just email me for the last name.

            Thanks for the advice.

                Houses At Summer Bay 8/11 - 8/14

I will be there this Saturday, Aug. 11 - 14th. If anyone is around and would like to see them, please come by. Oh, there'll be liquid livations, too.
On Tuesday, I'm going to see some properties on Captiva, Sanibel, and Olde Naples for my upcoming "snowbird" phase of life. I like the Moorings and Park Shore Drive, too. So, I'm not sure if I'll make it back to Orlando or just leave via Ft.Myers/RSW

Just email me with your name. nurselaw@att.net

                You are all invited.

                B.

Some pictures from our October trip. All three generations enjoyed it a lot. Wish we could go back this year.

These were great and appreciated. You have a very nice family.

The problem is that the "hot tub" is a "hot tub", but when the "hot tub" is a "hot tub", then the pool also becomes a large "hot tub".

                    Ya'll got that straight now.

Kinda sorta in an oblique manner.

When I'm in Florida in August, the idea of a hot tub just isn't appealing.

I've heard that the hot tubs are just "lukewarm" tubs.

Our "house" had the combo pool/hottub. We found that there was a thermostat outside the porch that controlled the water temp. The dilemma was that there was only one control. Thus, when we set it higher to have a good "hot tub" water temp, it also heated the pool water to that same temp. Thus, the pool became a large hot tub also.

When we lowered the setting to have a more tolerable pool temp, then the "hot tub" water temp was also lowered and was really not warm enough to serve well as a "hot tub".
