Where to request at Cypress Harbour?

We have just received a confirmed exchange and I wondered what area to request? We will have 4 small children with our 3 families traveling (2 villas so I hope they can be kind of close...) so we would like to be close to a nice pool and activities. Also, does anyone know if all of the rooms are renovated? I read some old threads and it seemed like some were not. I know exchangers don't get first pick, but I figure it doesn't hurt to ask...This is the first trip to WDW for the other 2 families so I would like it to be as nice as possible.

It doesn't matter too much, so I would try harder to get the units together than go for a location. Perhaps a general location, such as near a pool could also be requested.

it looks so nice, I'd end up taking anything--glad I read these boards so I can try to be a little choosy, maybe get someplace nicer than another
