I can understand this as my points value also changed without any notification. The only way I found was in May when I asked for an updated members package (I also found that I could get free Internet at that point as well). One of my first exposures to Go Global actually connected me to RCI since they didn't know the answer. RCI couldn't figure out why I was forward as it was an internal question related to the resort. Hopefully the worst of those days are gone. In my opinion, Owner's Services needs more training and understanding of the resort. At least you weren't refused ontp the resort like I was when I first came last May. The guard insisted that I show that I had an ownership card, something that ceased to exist over 10 years ago. The only ownership card that you can get is the temporary blue card from members services so that when you stop by the resort when you are not staying there you will be entitled to your owners discount.
