Has anyone stayed there? There is a unit available for the week my DB and I usually vacation. The RCI users reviews are interesting and the place seems to be "a little different" from the average timeshare. My other choices are:

    Charter Club at Marco
    Tropical Sands
    Calini Beach Club
    Lahaina Inn
    Tropical Sands
    Royal Beach Club
    Suntide Island Beach Club
    Sandrift Resort
    SeaOats Beach Club

Any insight will be appreciated. I have the unit at Sutherland Crossing on hold through close of business tonight.

    Been there

    Joy,

I have a friend that owns there and in 2006 we traded there for a week for our family. (We live nearby). It is an okay resort and I'm trying to trade back in for this summer. It is not on the Gulf of Mexico, but on a bay. Units are stand alone, so private. Parking on lower level. Second level is 3 bedrooms, two baths, etc. RCI doesn't rate one bedroom as a true bedroom as it has 1/2 wall and accordian type in upper half. Top level is a deck. Furnishings were okay. Decent pool, etc.

What week do you have on hold?

If you want a place that is quiet, this is it.
