  • Sheraton Vistana Through II

Interval has about six codes listed for Vistana:

Vistana Resort - VO1, VIT, VIO

    Vistana Villages: SVV, VKW, VVM

I assume these codes are specific to each section of the resort. Is one section better than another?

My Brother is looking to go with his wife, DD, SIL, and 3 Grand kids (7, 5, 3)

Which other resorts have great pools.

I personally prefer the location of Vistana and those in the seaworld area over Orange Lake area. (I am looking in RCI as well).

Ask Arlene - she will let you know...and if you are trading thru II - all the Marriott's are very, very nice.

I don't know all the codes. I own a week at Vistana Resort in the Cascades Section, and the code in my II account is VI1. The Cascades are very nice, as is the Lakes section. Other sections can be a bit of a crap shoot, IMO. Many of them are undergoing long overdue renovations, so they may be much better in the future.

SVV probably is the original section of Vistana Villages, I'm guessing VKW is the Key West section. I really don't think the sections matter as much at VV (unless you are planning to buy there, in which case the section is very important). They are all relatively new, and the resort isn't huge and divided up like VR is.

VR (assuming you are in a good section) is better for little kids, IMO. There are more kid things to do there. My kids certainly enjoyed it better than VV. VR is close to WDW. VV is closer to Seaworld.

For young kids, I have heard Horizons. They have a pirate ship slide area, kids splash area, etc. My kids have also enjoyed Cypress Harbour and Grande Vista pools, but there are no slides, etc., just nice pools.
