The website indicates that Wyndham Hotels and Resorts not Wyndham Vacation Ownership (the timeshare division) has been chosen as the exclusive manager and hotel operator of the resort. Right now it doesn't show up as a resort available to Wyn/FF or Worldmark owners.

Also, it appears that this is in pre-construction phase.

There may or may not be some availability in the future.

The web site is advertising as whole ownership. So, it might end up being something like Ginn---Wyndham acts effectively as the management/rental agent for short-term rentals when the owners are not in residence.
