Cypress Pointe II, Grand Villas

I am looking at a resale unit at Cypress Pointe II, Grand Villas. I looked at the website
( Cypress Pointe Grande Villas - Orlando, Florida )
and I see a “Notice of Consideration of Reserve Surcharge for Resort Improvements” – dated March 2008, - but page 2 of the notice is not visible when I try to open it.

Does anyone know the contents of page?
In particular the size of the assessment and for how long (years) will the assessment last?

There is no firm number yet as the meeting to officially set the assessment and cost/year(s) is on May 2, 2008. The highest number I've heard is around $575/3 BR - it will be less for 2 BR or 1BR (although not much less for 1 BR - those owners seem to really get hit with fees).

It is supposed to be a 1 time assessment with an option to pay over 3 years if desired (fees apply). There is a lot of needed work they are planning on doing with the money. I believe the plan going forward after this assessment is to get the reserve collection number high enough to avoid a repeat assessment in the future.
