Forgot to mention that people staying in our building had a small trailer in tow, complete with folding picnic table and their own grill .

that may have been the group next door to us a couple of years ago that had 12 people in a two bedroom unit. This time they decided to bring some extra sleeping quarters along.

I got the impression the trailer was not a camping trailer. It was a BBQ trailer, like for tailgating, with a picnic table and a grill.
