  • OLCC 3 Bedrooms

Are all three bedrooms at OLCC arranged the same way? Besides East Village, where I've stayed before, where else are 3 bedrooms located?

    TIA

Those in River Island are different, so that the third bedroom can be a lockoff, which those elsewhere should have been, the front bedroom being a studio suite. All that would have taken is another exterior door. You can see how easy that would have been in the forthcoming picture of the layout.

The others, other than RI, are the same. Well, then, the know-at-alls have talked about minor differences.

    Here, take a gander:

Oh yeah, besides the EV . . . North Village and Tennis Villas (near the Clubhouse in the WV).

I do agree with Jim that if they put a door in the hallway for the 3-bedrooms in the Tennis Villas, North and East Village, plus a lock on the door the third bedroom, they would make a great studio. Personally I hate studios and hotel rooms when vacationing. I don't know what minor differences there are in the units that Jim mentions unless it is that in the North Village, the 3-bedroom units are on the ground level whereas the 3-bedroom units in the Tennis Villas and East Village are at the end of each floor in the multi-story buildings. Design-wise, I don't know of any differences but there could be subtle differences.

          Thanks

Thanks. You may remember, at your suggestion, we stayed in the East Village 4 years ago, so we can now return. Just wanted to make sure that the unit we got would be similar to the one that we had then.

            Restrictions, schmictions . . .

I said subtle differences because I have grown accustomed to someone jumping in and pointing them out if I say something like they are all identical.

Exactly what I have always posted is that if they blindfolded you and put you in any of the 3-bedroom units, then took off the blindfold, you could not guess where you were from the inside of a unit.

But, when I say that I am used to getting a dissertation on how the softwear updates were done on X date in the Tennis Villas, on X date in the North Village, but haven't been done since X date in the East Village, so there is a big difference. I thought I recall that some OL units are a slightly different square footage from others, too.

I guess here I just have to get used to the lack of nitpicking.

                Remember Year

The only reason I can remember the year is because DIL was pregnant with grandchild number 3, and couldn't do too much at Disney. We've now added number 4.

We were there in Ought-4 and Ought-6, the last one being the one when we decided it would likely be the last one.

                    Olcc

I wasn't really looking for Orlando or OLCC, but two Sundays in a row after Saturday night maintenance, a 3 bedroom appeared. The first time I passed on it, but after talking to Son, decided to grab it the second time.
