  • Panama City in November

We are thinking about going to Panama City for a long weekend of nothing. Can you swim in the beach in mid November or is the water too cold?

    Thanks.

We live about 2 1/2 hours east of Panama City.

In November I will guess and say, the average temperature is about 65 degrees. The coldest maybe about 40 - 45.

I have been living in Florida too long so the water would be too cold for me.

However, it's not unusual to see swimmers in the water.

November should be nice and quiet. Great to just sit outside on the balcony and relax.

I have 3 nights booked at the Ocean Towers Beach Club Dec. 20-23 that I don't think we are going to use. Let me know if anyone is interested, I am open to a trade also.

Thank you, Joe and Joe. November sounds like a nice time for us to be at Panama City.

We will be using our Smuggs unit (in Vermont) at that time so we could not make use of the unit.
