  • Vacation Village at Parkway No answers elsewhere

Posted this over yonder and got no replies. Anybody here know the answers to my questions?

    Vacation Village at Parkway

Have you stayed there? If so, what building and were there washers and dryers in units?

    What are the newer buildings?

If you stayed in one of the older buildings, had they been refurbished?

    Thanks

    Nancy

Been there and know someone(can't remember who tho) who owns there. Let you know if I eventually find it in those mental files.

Why not title your thread with what you need/want rather than meaningless gibberish?

          Over Yonder

Titled it correctly over yonder and got no responses. Decided it might get more responses, or at least looked at, titled differently (with gibberish).

          ps. Who changed the title? ? ? ? ? ?

              Nancy,
I did stay here in 2006. I was in the back building overlooking the parking garage. The View sucked from the side of the building I was on but I was not there for the view from the balcony. I absolutley loved the property it was great as we were travelling with my MIL and she basically had her own unit. I arrived very late at night and they did have a tough time finding an AB unit so check in was long but check out and the rest of the week went very well. The kids participated in a few of the resort activities at a small cost for each one and we did attend the Arabian Knights dinner show. The rest of the week was Disney and or Universal. Only compliant or gripe was the entire unit was tile and my youngest at the time was 3 so I was scared to death he was going to slip and bust his head on something. The coffee table had some nasty sharp corners (beautiful tables but scary when you have a clutzy child) Needless to say he never fell and busted his head. so all was good. If my memory serves me correctley I was in Building #8. I cannot find a property map but if you can call ahead and get a pool view would make it that much better.

                Nancy,

I own there and there are not washers and dryers in every unit although there are reports that in the newer buildings both A & B units have washer/dryers. I stayed in the B unit in building 5 and there was no washer dryer but there was a washer/dryer on each floor. All A units have washer/dryers. I don't know what buildings start to have the washer/dryers. My owners docs (2003) only state that the A units will have washer/dryers but then again, this only covers up to building 6. I believe there are currently 12 buildings with another 8 buildings planned on being crammed into the area.

                I haven't stayed there since 2003.

                  Gary,

Are you saying that all A units, even in older buildings, have washers and dryers? I have a 2 bedroom, so guessing that is an A/B unit.

                  Thanks
