Starwood Packages

We purchased a 4 day/3 night package that included tickets to IOA & US. Our presentation isn't until 2 days after our check in date. Does anyone know if we have to wait until the presentation to receive the tickets or will they give us the tickets at check-in? We'll be staying at Vistana Resort.

I believe they will give you your tickets at check in. They may have a clause in your package that says if you don't attend they presentation they can charge you full rate for your package so check it carefully. Have fun!
