No, but I noticed very poor reviews on rci website. Perhaps it is because it is so new. Maybe they've worked out he kinks by now. -

Our Visit to:
Tuscana Resort
Is located Off I-4 and Exit 58, just before the huge
Champions Gate Arch. Turn right and follow that road
until you see athe Brown Colored Oval Entrance Sign
on Beautiful Stone Posts - Turn left into the Canopy
Covered Parking area in front of Clubhouse building
before the Guard Building & Wrought Iron Black Gate
Fountain
Four Story Buildings with tile roofs, tan color exterior
& stone work along the first floor (screened porches)
Outdoor Pool with plenty of chairs and chaise lounges
Tuscana Tavern and Poolside Bar Area - Resort Van
We were able to park our car and walk around the
resort and take photos of the buildings & pool area
We went inside the clubhouse and talked with a
gentlemen who said that Tuscana is in a special
class of resorts and it is not actually a timeshare
Note: We did not ask to see any of the units
