Could someone with Key West Experience rank the timeshares there in order?

    1 being the best.

    Thanks.

I am not familiar enough to rank them.

The Galleon is a great, older resort in a great location. Passing up the Galleon for any reason would be a mistake, IMO.

Hyatt has the highest presence, the company that is openly marketing through kiosks around town. Their resorts are newer and spiffier. I do not feel that Windward Pointe would be a good location on Key West, compared to Mallory or Front Street.

Hyatt Sunset Harbor Resort is rated #1 ~~ Walkin distance to Duval or any where to Duval St. ~~ The other two Hyatt's are located some miles from Old Town & catere more to families ~~ Hyatt Windward Pointe is located close to the quiet side of Duval right across from the Atlantic & is the newest ~~ They are beautifully decorticated ~~ Hyatt Beach House is at the entrance to Key West or right beside the Golf Course ~~ Its right on the Gulf & is very nicely decorated ~~ Galleon is ok as well & is a lot older & located right in Old Town ~~ Its just like Sunset Harbor but a lot older ~~ they need to do some refurbishment but have never did it yet ~~ They keep sayin they are goin to do something but haven't seen anything done yet ~~ The other timeshares in Key West are older & need fixin-up but are a littlwe cheaper in price ~~ but are located well far from Old Town where most of the action takes place ~~

        Key West Timeshares

We own at the Hyatt Beach House, and it is a beautiful 2 bedroom. We have traded and stayed at Hyatt Sunset Habor in the 1 bedroom and then moved for another week to the Beach House. We just sold one of our weeks this past week, thank you TUG! Lost $6,000, but not bad considering we bought from the Developer. At Windward Pointe, 2 buildings are going condo, starting at $950,000.00, and they get to listen to the planes taking off and landing at the KW International airport. Conch is right, Galleon, Banyon are older. Coconut Mallory rent some of the condos for low income housing and it gets trashed. Hope this helps.
