Yes, buyers market. I'd tell tell you the price of the one we missed yesterday, but then the whole world would be here looking tomorrow.
A little north of our original target, but much less development and congestion. Nice beach. Boating. Fishing. Lots of golf . . . three or four entire country clubs in the one development we are looking at. We keep playing gollf and they keep giving us $28 passes to come back within three days.
Lots of couples from home here. My folks heard that in the 70's, as did a few hundred thousand other people.
I know where there are 20,000 or 30,000 lots, some with and some without abandoned houses.

I was thinking the same thing Dori! Not only do we have all those empty lots, but over 6,000 foreclosed or abandoned houses. Some are very nice, though. Only thing is you'd better have them inspected to make sure everything is in that is supposed to be.
