Summer Bay Resort - Villas or Not

We can't get into the Houses at Summer Bay Resort for our dates but can get into Summer Bat Resort and the Villas at Summer Bay Resort. Is one better than the other? We will probably get two units, one for us and the other for other family.

I've heard the Villas are least desirable, but have no personal experience. Stayed at the Houses once and loved them.

I've heard the same as Nancy many times. I've stayed in both the Houses and the resort and liked both. I have no experience with the Villas.

I don't know for sure, but I heard that the Villas do not have balconies. There might be pictures of them to see if this is true. I would not want to stay at a TS in Florida without a balcony!
