Been there twice, used Thrifty both times. Shuttle off-site to their lot. No problem with the company or their service, but not an exceptional company to brag about either. Not sure if there are any of those bragging companies.

If you go to Southwestair.com and punch in the data for car rentals they have a grid that shows all rental car companies and their location (off terminal or not).

Alamo has some decent deals for right now and you can search the net for some great codes (walmart shoppers has one out there now). They are in terminal for customer service and car pick up which I like.
