Which 3 bedroom unit?

We are planning a trip to Orlando and 3 bedroom units are available in the following three resorts: Grand Beach I, Silver Lake Resort and Summer Bay Resort. We will be spending most of our time at Disney or Universal and not that much time at the resort. Which resort would you choose?

Just stayed at Grand Beach Resort and it was excellent. There were 2 MBR's with King beds and another BR with twin beds. 3 full bath rooms. Very close to Disney and about 10 miles from Universal. Units were very clean and grounds were impeccably clean. We stayed on top floor, 5th floor, with a unit overlooking the lake. It had a large private balcony and you could see the fireworks show from Disney each night.

I also liked Grand Beach. Have only stayed at Houses of Summer Bay, so can't comment on other units, but it is much farther from Disney.

G-son and friends keep asking me if I'd trade Vistana for Grand Beach as they loved it!!!

We stayed at Summer Bay in '05 in a 3 br. and thought it was great.

Would a 3BR sleep 8 adults comfortably (I know not privately) at Grand Beach? I am trying to arrange a unit for my husband's sibling reunion but need it to sleep 8. My other option is obviously two 2BR units somewhere, but they prefer to stay all together.

If I was going to be spending most of my time at Universal, I think I would look more toward resorts closer to Universal. All of these resorts listed are on 192.
