Of 18000 exchanges available in Florida the next 15 months, only 207 of them are in Week 52. Most of those are less desireable resorts and/or areas.
By comparison, there are 593 exchanges Week 50.
I have noticed that Snowbird Season, the annual migration of older visitors, appears to be starting earlier, coupled with the annual worldwide pilgrimage to worship the Mouse.
