this is second hand news, so i am not positive about its accuracy.
My neighbor owns two weeks at south Sea resort and went to an owners meeting yesterday. The restaurant, Captain Al's (?) is going more upscale, coffee $5, hamburgers $18. No more social membership with day privileges. Those that had free golf will still have it but must pay for the cart, probably at a pretty steep price. course is now a par 3. she is not too happy.
