        I'm nauseous thinking about it!

How long did the minute feel like? And how did you land? I tried looking at the site, but it's making me more nauseous...

I'm impressed! Most families just have one dare devil, but three! My long time desire is to do a powered ultralight out of Port Stanley on southshore of Kauai. I'd be curious if anybody here has done that. My dw isn't keen on heights, so anything over 15' is pretty much a no go for her. Did they capture your dive with a photo? Obviously you survived, but will there be more such advetures? garyd210(Auburn)

We did the ultralight flights out of Hana on Maui. Totally spectacular, easy, doable, would absolutely do again. It's a one-at-a-time thing (one passenger with the pilot), so anyone who doesn't want to go up can wait in the hangar. I think we each got a twenty minute ride or so.

You are SO brave, Muriel. Thinking about it gives me a chill. I would dream about it and have a nightmare. I am really glad that you enjoyed it.

I actually do have freefalling/skydiving type nightmares!

                    Muriel,

WOW! I'm seriously impressed! I watched my sister do this. She has a fabulous video of her freefall all set to her choice of music. I just can't imagine. I wish I could do it-or anything like it-but just today I went to the top of the bleachers for a soccer game and got an uneasy feeling. I don't have many fears-but height is one of them. It really limits me and makes me sad.

Nice one...good for you and the family....

Did it when I was younger....and have always wanted to do it again on a regular basis. My wife threatens divorce when I talk about it. I signed up for tomorrows jump.

So, you didn't have a height issue with this? I would love to find something that would provide me with the thrill and scenery enjoyment, without the fear

                            Congratulations!

I did it also when I was younger -- BC (before children). It was pretty cool, and not really scary at all, but it wasn't something that was thrilling enough to make me want to do it again. A few of the guys I went with stuck with it and ended up doing solo jumps.

I once tried to do a tandem at the Outer Banks in NC and I chickened out. shaggy
