We went skydiving this morning. It was awesome!

Good for you that you took the "leap." I have always wanted to try skydiving and hang gliding. My DH will have no part of it. Maybe one day I'll get to see my dream come true.

My DS wanted to do this - I told him after his parents paying for 4 years of Boston College and the loans he has outstanding for 3 years of Fordham Law - it would be a shame for all of it to end in a splat!
He took scuba diving lessons instead.

I have a problem with motion sickness, but I took Bonine and the only time I got a little queasy was when my tandem master was manuevering the parachute around to get to the landing site.

Scott Harper was my tandem master--a real gem. We had a wonderful jump and a great landing.

Scuba Diving is something I don't think I would ever do. I don't even like using a snorkel and mask.

Frank, I had seen "The Bucket List", but rented it again. Also, they showed the footage of Morgan Freeman jumping when he was a guest on Jay Leno the other night.

Marcus and I went with the first group of the day. We rode to the plane in a pickup. Sherry went with the next group and they walked to the plane. She got a few pictures of our jump and I got some of her.
We didn’t buy their photos ($125 + tax and tip) or video ($160+) (Both for $190 plus) (more then the cost of the jump)
Sherry was sorry she didn’t get them.

Wow Muriel, good for you. My SIL talked my brother into taking her skydiving on her 70th birthday. She loved it and wants to go again.
