Where To Rent Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club?

Hi,
I'm interested in rent MKBC in Aug. but I'm not sure where to go for the best deals, most reputable, etc. Would love some advice!

I own DVC and know where to go if I need to rent more points, but I'm in unchartered territory anywhere else!

I was helping my friend try to rent a week there but then he found a deal on their website under Specials for $850 for 5 nights in a 1BR doing a timeshare tour. He had to ask to be upgraded and pay a little fee for the 1BR versus a studio but said it was easy. I have never done a tour, but for that price I may be tempted at some point!! Plus, no risk after renting from a private party that you show up and there is no reservation...that scares me!
