To all reading this thread, BEWARE of Hawaiian Sun Holidays and Sweetwater at the Banyan. The Manager (J D) is Rude, Crass and Unprofessional. The rooms are old, dirty and not kept up very well. It also appears that Hawaiian Sun Holidays and the Banyan (2
Different Time Share Management Companies in the same building) are at war with each other. Banyan treats Hawaiian Sun Holidays "Guests" like second class citizens. Towel exchange day was ridiculous. You have to "DRAG" all your Towels, Sheets, Blankets, etc through the building to a Management Office on the 4th floor of another building. STAY AWAY !!!!

It can be kind of weird, and service is really poor, but free parking is a huge perk in waikiki, rooms are modest for sure.

I'd like to know how you happened to get in there, also. I own at Sweetwater Waikiki. To my knowledge, they are not affiliated with Hawaiian Sun Holidays.
