I was just on a resale web site and I think it was interesting that Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas has so many resales available.

Are the salespersons really that good? It seems that people are buying but when they get home they must realize that they really don't want or need a Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas timeshare week.

My neighbor was one of those people that bought there. I give him credit for going back this year at least. When he told me that the resort wanted to buy it back for $15,000 more than what he paid. I told him to go ahead and try getting it. You will see that they are only trying to upgrade you into a more expensive unit.

Westin KOR

Great place. We bought in Jan 05, just spent a week there in a unit. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We plan to go back every 2 years.

Of the timeshares we own, Westin KOR, according to the resale websites I have viewed, has the highest percentage resale value, close to developer price.
