Eligibility
Sponsor: Marriott Vacation Club International. Annual income of $100,000 or more and ownership of primary residence is required. The individual whose name appears on the front of this invitation may only redeem this offer. Excluded from this offer are employees and owners of any Marriott Vacation Club International property, owners’ families, previous participants in a Marriott or Marriott Vacation Club International promotion, and groups (two or more affiliated couples).
Presentation
Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required for preview offer. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately. Failure to attend sales presentation may result in an additional charge of up to the full seasonal retail value of the accommodations. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the sales presentation. Your tour will take place at Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club located at 92-161 Waipahe Place Kapolei, HI 96707.

This advance purchase offer is made on a space availability basis and expires 15 days from receipt of email. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2006. The deposit and purchase price are not refundable. Package purchase must be made by a major credit card. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Not transferable. One offer per family or household. Offer subject to change without notice. Airfare, transportation, parking, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this offer. Retail value of the offer is up to $1,725. Retail value of the accommodations is up to $300 per night.
Certificates
The retail value of your Hertz gift certificate is $100 and is based on five, 24-hour periods. Minimum rental age is 25 years of age and Hertz standard rental qualifications apply. The retail value of the Hilo Hattie gift certificate is $125 and is not redeemable for cash. No cash back in part or in whole, if purchase price is less than certificate amount.
Room Reservation
Accommodations will be provided by Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club in a hotel-style standard guestroom and are for a maximum of two adults. To experience optimum availability, we suggest making reservations at least 60 days in advance. Offer subject to availability. A credit card and confirmation letter is required at check-in on your arrival date. Cancellation of your reservation within 60 days of arrival will be subject to a $50 fee. No-shows will forfeit package and package price. We strongly suggest confirming your arrival date with Marriott before making travel arrangements. KO-06-048
